Welcome to yodes. These terms govern your use of the yodes website, educational content, and the connected ecosystem services (the wallet database and filter presets).
By using the site or connecting to the ecosystem, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Educational Content Only
Yodes provides educational material about memecoin markets, wallet analysis and trading-terminal filters, together with a database of tracked wallets and filter presets for connected users.
Nothing on this site or inside the ecosystem is financial advice. We do not tell you what to buy, when to buy, or how much to risk. All content is educational and informational. Trading decisions are yours alone.
Historical performance of tracked wallets does not guarantee future results. Memecoins are extremely volatile assets — you can lose everything you put in.
2. Wallet Data & Presets
The database aggregates publicly available on-chain data. Tracked wallets are algorithmically scored on a 6-hour cycle; inclusion or removal of any wallet is automated and not an endorsement.
Filter presets are validated against the database state at a specific sync cycle. Market conditions change; presets can and do go stale. We re-validate them every cycle, but we do not promise profitability.
Redistribution is prohibited. Full wallet addresses, trade histories and preset values are licensed to you for personal use inside the ecosystem. Publishing or reselling them terminates your access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-export or mirror the database or presets;
- Share your ecosystem access with third parties;
- Use the service for market manipulation, spam or fraud;
- Attack the infrastructure (DDoS, intrusion attempts, abuse of sync endpoints).
Violations result in immediate termination of access.
4. Availability & Changes
The service is provided "as is". Sync cycles may be delayed, chains may be added or removed, and features may change over time. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yodes and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or damages arising from the use of the site, the database, the presets, or the connected client software.
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency trading.
